Whether you're more of a tequila drinker or prefer a splash of Jamaican rum, we've got you covered. And for a special occasion, why not opt for sparkling champagne? If you're looking for something non-alcoholic, you can also remove the alcohol from these recipes and ramp up the aromatics and garnish. Whatever your preference, these cocktails are sure to make your winter celebrations extra special.
Cranberry Margerita
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz/15ml tequila
- 1 oz /30ml Cointreau
- 3/4 oz/45ml lime juice
- 2 oz/60ml cranberry juice
- garnish: cranberries, dried orange slice
- glass rim: lime juice, salt
Method:
Rim your glass with lime juice and salt. Combine all your liquid ingredients, shake and pour over ice. Garnish.
Rum Rum Rudolph

Ingredients:
- 2 oz/60ml Jamaican rum
- 1/2 oz/15ml ruby port
- 1/2 oz/15ml cranberry syrup
- 1/2 oz/15ml lemon
- 1 egg white
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- garnish: nutmeg, cranberry
Method:
Dry shake all liquid ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with nutmeg and cranberry.
Christmas Spritzer

Ingredients:
- 1 red pear
- 1 green apple
- 1 honey crisp apple
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 cup/120ml pear nectar
- 1/4 cup/60ml honey syrup
- 1 bottle sauvignon blanc
- garnish: sprig of rosemary
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a large jug and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve in the glass of your choice, topped with sparkling water and a sprig of rosemary.
